This doctor has no bed side manner!! He ships his patients in and out, he over books, you wait a good 45 minutes to see him,and then you see him for five minutes and your out the door, if you are thinking about seeing this doctor, if I was you I would go else where!! His staff look at you like your only there for drugs, if your looking for pain management,go some where's else !!!
you are right and I have been a long tiime patient of his and it seemslike the office communication is lacking nor do they understand each patient is unique in their needs and may require more time than others so they need to schedule accordingly. The staff needs to be more compassionate in the needs of the patient and take a class in understanding that yes patients need their pills, drugs, medications and that is the reason they visit this doctor. He is a doctor who prescribes by medications. The doctor too needs to handle situations with his patients after all that is how he makes his paycheck

If you have a problem with medication whether it is a lost prescription or trouble with the quantity or any other issue he will not accomodate a walk in visit nor help with your issue in person or on the phone. You will have to go thru third party for your answers which will be in the context of his legal rights in helping you. you signed a paper stating he doesn't have to help you out in this area. Be careful and question what you sign in there...but he wont' see you unless you sign it. My issue is critical and he could care less if i go thru withdrawals or not. He is very closed minded and unsympathetic to the needs of his clients.
Yes although there may be a wait to see Dr. Sharma, you have to realize that he is only at his Inverness office two days a week there for he has longer wait because he has so many patients to see and in order to get to everyone some times they have to double book. Dr.Sharma is a busy doctor. I personally have never had a problem with him. He has always greeted me with friendliness and respect. He also listens when i tell him about my lains and if they are getting better or worse or what medication is helping or not.I believe that because he is not a pill mill doctor and that he is legitamate that people that go in there only wanting pain pills and he will not just perscribe them toyou people get mad and try to give him a bad name. In my personal opinion Dr. Sharma is a good doctor and isnt out here trying to make a fast buck off of perscribing people pills. He actually cares about his patients and trys his best not to dole out narcotics to his patients unless absolutely neccessary. I comend him for that. It is very respectable. There are to many so called doctors who are just in it for the money and I don't see him as that type of doctor. I have been a patient of his going on three years and quite honestly have no complaints. So thoes of you looking for a quick fix or a pill mill look else where because you arent going to find that here. As far as his bedside manner, listen everyone has there good days and bad days its life. Dr. Sharma is a good doctor and a respectable one and again i have no complaints on his bedside manner either. As for his staff, they are wonderful as well. They are all very busy trying to help thoes who truely need it and they also have to weed out the ones who dont so cut them some slack if they are having a bad day they are human like the rest of us. Some of the patients that go there arent exactly what i would call easy to deal with eitger.
I have been going to Dr. Sharma's office for over a year. He is a really understanding and a kind person. His staff is really great too. These comments above are really ridiculous. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma.
I totally disagree with most statements above. I have been going to Dr. Sharma for a while. He is really understanding and is very pleasant. His staff is very great. You have to understand how many people that he tries to help. Without the proper documents (mri, xrays or reports) he will not see you and that is the rules. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma and his entire staff.
Why have so many comments been removed?Note that a pain management doctors JOB is to do whatever it takes to alleviate a patients pain, including prescribe narcotics! The doctor should not double book just because he chose to have other offices to make more money.... Doctors need to get back to the business of listening to and caring for their patients again....So many have become money hungry and negligent in their patients care..The time and money spent at the doctor's office should equal quality care!!
